Tickets within the cancellation period can be canceled one at a time using either of the two methods:
Canceling from My Page
Log in to My Tickets using the email address and password you set. Tap on the ticket name to open the ticket details screen. At the bottom, press "Cancel this ticket" to display the cancellation confirmation screen.
Canceling from the purchase confirmation email
Access the ticket details via the "Application Ticket URL" link in the purchase confirmation email, and enter the passcode provided in the email to proceed. The ticket details screen will be displayed. On the ticket details screen, press "Cancel this ticket" to display the Cancel Complete screen. You will receive an email once the cancellation is complete, and your refund will be processed through the credit card company of your purchase. Please ensure beforehand that you can receive emails from "@stripe.com".
