There are two ways to share tickets with group members:
1. Using the Online Ticket Transfer Function
If you've purchased a ticket and want to transfer it to someone else, please follow these steps:
Go to the following page and select the ticket you want to transfer:
https://benesse-artsite.eventos.tokyo/web/portal/797/event/8483/users/mypage/my-ticket?language=eng
Click the "Transfer ticket" button to generate a transfer URL.
Share this URL with the person receiving the ticket.
The recipient must also create an account. They can register via the same URL above.
Important: Only the original purchaser can cancel a ticket.
If a ticket has already been transferred, it must first be returned by the recipient before it can be canceled.
To return a ticket, the recipient should click the "Return to ticket purchaser" button on their ticket screen.
2. Printing the QR Code
You can also print the QR code for each ticket and distribute them manually:
Print each QR code in advance and hand them out to group members.
Please ensure that each QR code is printed only once, as every QR code is unique and valid for a single use only.
